Novitec Tridente set their sights on the Maserati GranCabrio (or the GranTurismo Convertible in North America) to further improve upon the stock version of the powerful Italian convertible. While the highest iteration of the GranCabrio features a 450 hp engine, Novitec Tridente take it to new levels with the addition of a supercharger, intercooler and ECU reprogramming to create 590 hp and 442 lbs-feet of torque. Some cosmetic carbonfiber upgrades as well as sport suspension and stainless steel exhaust sweeten the package. After it’s all said and done, the Novitec Tridente Maserati GranCabrio enjoys 0-62 mph times of 4.5 seconds, a top speed of 187 mph and a $28,000 USD price increase over its $136,000 USD sticker price.
